Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Please note that on-screen color and live color may vary slightly. Consult the RAL color that appears in the product description.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive your purchase receipt. If you require an invoice, contact sales@activacolors.com, provide your information and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

How can I return an item?

Go to the returns tab and fill out the form. Once we receive the information, we will notify you how to proceed and the order collection date.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yeah.

If there are color variations in the collections from one year to the next, they will be minimal.
