Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 3 to 5 working days from the time the order is placed. If the order is placed before 1pm that day it will be processed and shipped, if the order is placed after 1pm the order will be processed the next day.

Custom orders will take longer, you will be informed once we have received the order of the expected delivery time.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know via email.

Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by both parties.

How does the shipment work?

The shipments will be managed by ACTIVA through Correos Express or another supplier. The delivery time will be from 3 to 5 working days from the moment you are notified that the order has left our warehouse.

You will be provided with a tracking number of your order in order to know the status of your order at all times.

Shipping costs vary depending on the address (approximate prices)

Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal: 6€.
Islas Baleares: 9€.
Tenerife, La Palma, Ceuta and Melilla: 20€ (customs fees not included)

Canarias: 20€ shipping costs

Activa does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a consequence of the data provided by the user being inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient on repeated occasions.

What do I do if there has been an incident with the shipment and I have not received my order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This new delivery will be made at the shipping address you indicated and if the delivery cannot be made, it will be left at the carrier's office for 15 days so that the customer can pick it up.

After these 15 days if the package has not been picked up, your order will be canceled and the amount of the same will be refunded subtracting the shipping costs and return of the package.

If after 15 working days from the confirmation of shipment and you have not received any notification of attempted delivery of your order and you have not received it, please contact us via email sales@activacolors.com and we will inform you how to proceed.

Returns

According to the Spanish Retail Trade Law, all products sold by ACTIVA may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Previously, the client must indicate their intention by email to sales@activacolors.com. Activa will respond by means of another email specifying the precise instructions for returning the product. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
The refund to the customer's account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by Activa and after verifying the good condition of the return.
The return cannot take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly subject to use.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation.
They will be sent to the place specified by ACTUVA in the instructions provided in the email.

Returns will not be accepted for the following products: – Products manufactured or customized expressly for the client (for example, specific color outside the menu) – Incomplete products, used and open cans, in poor condition or deteriorated due to misuse by the customer. If the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended had been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.

Packages that do not contain any attached element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, name, address) cannot be returned either. The expenses and risks linked to the return of the product will be defunded by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned product arrives in perfect condition.

Once the returned product(s) have been received, ACTIVA will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to credit the amount paid less shipping costs. In the case of free shipping promotions, the amount of the product/s will be refunded, discounting the shipping costs for both the outward and return shipping, since the sale is resolved as not made, and has generated a shipping cost. Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund. Once the product is opened it loses its warranty and will not be covered.
