Returns

  1. According to the Spanish Retail Trade Law, all products sold by ACTIVA may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
  2. Previously, the client must indicate their intention by email to sales@activacolors.com. Activa will respond by means of another email specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.
    Return costs will be borne by the customer.
  3. The refund to the customer’s account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by Activa and after verifying the good condition of the return.
  4. The return cannot take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly subject to use.
  5. The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation.
  6. They will be sent to the place specified by ACTIVA in the instructions provided in the email.

 Returns will not be accepted for the following products: – Products manufactured or customized expressly for the client (for example, specific color outside the menu) – Incomplete products, used and open cans, in poor condition or deteriorated due to misuse by the customer. If the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended had been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.

Packages that do not contain any attached element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, name, address) cannot be returned either.
 The expenses and risks linked to the return of the product will be defunded by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned product arrives in perfect condition. 
Once the returned product(s) have been received, ACTIVA will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to credit the amount paid less shipping costs.
 In the case of free shipping promotions, the amount of the product/s will be refunded, discounting the shipping costs for both the outward and return shipping, since the sale is resolved as not made, and has generated a shipping cost.
 Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
 Once the product is opened it loses its warranty and will not be covered.
